Area enforcement

Everyone within a 100 ft radius is transported to a dimension that is under full jurisdiction by the caster however the caster is transported to this dimension as well. The caster has to envision the area they want to create before being transported there. it takes one full action to move or change any part of the area when the caster inside it. Most casters have one area that they have pre imaged so they don't have to think of one during combat. the more a user practices using their area the less effort it takes to conjure it. the area is dispelled when the caster is knocked un-concuis or killed or by taking a full action the caster can dispel it. Counterspell does not work on Area enforcement.
