Chokehold

You conjure an invisible force that wraps around a creature’s throat, constricting its airway. Choose one creature within range. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is restrained, cannot speak, and takes 3d8 bludgeoning damage at the start of each of its turns for the duration. On a successful save, the creature is not restrained and takes half damage.
