The caster has prepared the components in a glass vial,  The caster smashes the vial underfoot, and touches anyone willing while saying "Let it be known."

The affected individual then has Advantage on Perception, Passive Perception, Investigation and Insight checks for the next minute.  The affected individual must concentrate for at least 2 rounds, and must not be adjacent to or suffering attacks from any enemy.

The Affected individual also gets advantage on stealth checks if not insight of any enemy.

If the affected has a stealth of 20 or more, and ends up in combat, they cannot be surprised and get advantage when rolling for initiative.
