you create a rain of weapons on the battlefield, which can vary from one to 20 depending on the D20 value.

On a hit, the target takes force damage equal to 1d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier for each of the weapons summoned.

The weapon can take whatever form you choose. Clerics of deities who are associated with a particular weapon (as St. Cuthbert is known for his mace and Thor for his hammer) make this spell's effect resemble that weapon.

At Higher Levels. You can summon another D20 to increase the number of weapons summoned by rolling as a 4th cycle spell and spending twice as many spell slots.
