Vibrate

Whoever the spell is cast on, sees an illusion of the world where everything is vibrating, therefore disorienting them and giving them a disadvantage on hit rolls, insight, and perception checks. You need to say "VIBRATE FOR DADDY" to cast it at level one, but at higher levels, it is not needed.
