Effects:

Eldritch Empowerment: The target gains a +4 bonus to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution scores, up to a maximum of 24. The target also gains temporary hit points equal to twice your Druid level.

Chaotic Resilience: The infused creature has resistance to necrotic and psychic damage. Additionally, it gains immunity to being charmed and frightened.
- Eldritch Backlash: The power of the void is difficult to control. At the start of each of its turns, the infused creature must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, it takes 2d8 necrotic damage as the chaotic energy tears at its body.
