Blizzard

A swirling mass of snow, sleet, and ice appears in a 30-foot radius centered on a point you can see within range, extending 30 feet above surface level. The point must be able to draw air from outside; windows will blow open, for example. Until the spell ends, that area is difficult terrain, and any creature that starts its turn there must succeed on a Strength saving throw or take 6d6 cold damage and be pulled 10 feet toward the center. The area is considered heavily obscured. Any creature that exits the area has disadvantage on all skills, saves, and attacks for 2 additional turns. (Restoration may eliminate this effect.)
