Annoy

You create a harmless effect that remains on a person, in a specific place, or on an object until you cast this again or dismiss this spell. You learn to try the patients of those around you by making something annoying happen, such as laces that keep coming undone, a soft sound that rings at a random time, or a fly's buzzing that wont leave a persons ears. This minor thing continues to happen as often or as random as you chose, and has no visual manifestation to it. The target of your spell is harassed by an annoying attribute of your choosing, the parameters is determined by the DM and has no VSM components, causing the spell to be case subtly if desired. If, by the consequences of this spell, anyone takes any amount of damage the spell is automatically dismissed and the person that is effected by it will know who and when the spell was cast on them. 

If the spell lasts longer than 1D10 days, the target, if it has the ability, can begin to go mad.
