Careless Whisper

Chose one creature within range. A spectral, floating hand with a raised index finger appears directly in front of the creature's mouth and gently touches the creatures lip's. As the finger makes contact with the creature, the creature hears a gentle, "shhhh," sound and the whispers of sweet nothings in their ear. It is a sacred exchange where words are not meant to be heard clearly but felt deeply, each phrase carrying a tender warmth or a hint of secrecy.

The hand lasts for the duration, until you dismiss it as an action, or the target intentionally bats the hand away. The hand vanishes if it is ever more than 120 feet away from you. You can move the hand up to 120 feet each time you use it.

The hand can't attack, activate magic items, or carry any weight.
