Bubble Blast

You conjure a large bubble, and launch it at an opponent, bursting after impact. Make a ranged spell attack roll against a creature you can see within range. On a hit, that creature takes 2d8 force damage. Then, have the target and all creatures within 15 feet of the target make a constitution saving throw, which creatures and objects made of crystal, glass, or similar material have disadvantage on. Creatures in the AoE take 4d8 + 15 thunder damage and become deafened until the end of their next turn on a fail, or half the damage and are not deafened on a success.
