Summon a handful of sharp magical stones and throw them, causing the equivalent of a magical shrapnel shotgun blast. this deals 1d10 piercing damage in a 15 foot cone. if this cantrip is imparted unto a partial caster, you can use this cantrip as an attack action rather than an action.

at higher levels:

level 5: increased damage to 2d10

level 11: increased damage to 3d10 and increased range to a 20 foot cone

level 17: increased damage to 4d10 and increased range to a 25 foot cone.
