Waximus Maximus

You create a large vat of hot wax that pours on your target, then a spectral hand appears and rips all the hair and wax off of the target. The target must make a dexterity saving throw equal to or greater than your spell save DC and take 3D6 on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.

At higher level: when this spell is cast at level 4 or higher the caster may choose to add a extra target or add a extra D6 to the damage roll.
