cloud cover

Once outside you can hold up just a lot of air and wave your hands around to form clouds in the air while chanting "A O K T".

Create a circle of clouds above with a radius of 2d8 feet, which creates a shadow in a one eighth sized slice. This becomes an immobile, invisible, celestial dome composed of magical force.

It blocks any spells cast into or out from the area.

The dome can't be entered or exited by non-magical means.

can only be done outside.
