Wire of Radiance

A band of radiant light wraps around each of your wrists. A 30 ft wire of radiance can connect the 2 bands or the wire can be thrown, tethered by one end to one band. For the duration, you can make a melee or a ranged spell attack within 30 ft. On a hit, the target takes 3d6 Radiant damage and is restrained by the wire wrapping around them. The target is restrained until they use a Bonus Action to make a Strength Saving Throw, or until you make another attack with this spell.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
