Contact Home Planet

This spell grants the caster a tenuous link through the Astral Plane to a specific pre-arranged character on the caster's home planet. This allows the caster to regain spell slots and change spell as usual through the spell duration. The link also grants two way communication with that character throughout the duration. This two-way communication can be disrupted by spatial or unknown phenomenon temporarily at DM discretion. Additionally, at casting a loud percussive wave spreads out from the casters position alerting others in the area to it's casting.
