you call to the sky, and all the clouds in a 1000 ft radius move to a point you can see within range forming one big dense cloud, the cloud rains a tremendous mass of rain centered at the point you choose, the rain drops in a 15 ft cone directly under the cloud, any creature that enters the space of the rain or starts its turn in the area of the spell must make a (str) save, the creature takes 1d8 bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone for the duration on a failed save or half the damage and is not knocked prone on a successful save.
at higher levels.when casting this spell with a spell slot of 3rd level or higher deals an extra d8 fore every level above 2end.

This spell is written messily and may deal a small amount of damage for its level, but I like the weather aspect.
Who is abinis? Love the concept of such a torrential rainfall that it deals bludgeoning damage, but is he a God? Powrrful wizard? Force of nature?
