Wand Blessing

You bless your wand. Whenever a target makes an attack roll or a saving throw with the wand before the spell ends, the target can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the attack roll or saving throw.

Place the wand or staff in a stream of water or over all of the candles in a straight line. In the stream chant once. And imagine a breath of air, a flame, shower of sand, and the stream being absorbed into the wand. With candles do the same procedures but wave it over the candles.
