DAY: A blazing light is called down from the sun. The light gathers in the hands of the user, before being sent towards its target and exploding outwards. Each creature in a 30-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw for fire damage, and a Constitution saving throw for radiant damage. A target takes 4d6 fire damage, and 4d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the target fails the Constitution save, they are blinded until their next turn.

NIGHT: A glowing light emanates from the user, slowly growing in brightness until it explodes outwards with flames. Each creature within a 30-foot radius of the user must make a Dexterity saving throw for fire damage, and a Constitution saving throw for radiant damage. A target takes 4d6 fire damage, and 4d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The user also takes 4d6 fire damage.

The fire spreads around corners. It ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.
