Summons a red bolt of lightning that scatters and spreads around
the surrounding area.
Charging enhances the range of the lightning bolt.
Spoken of in legend, red lightning is the weapon wielded by the
ancient dragons.
Upon casting this spell the user must roll a d8 whatever that number is add +2 this is how many lighting bolts are going to hit the target. The target must make a dex save equal to your spellcasting save dc on success they take half damage and on a fail they take full damage.
