Whist you are attuned to an item or object, and it is within 60ft of you, you can call to it and have it summon to your hand. You must have line of sight to the item or object and it must be able to reach you, if not the spell fails.
If the item or object is being held by another creature, they must succeed a strength saving throw against your Spell Save DC to keep hold of the item. If they fail, the Item is pulled out of their hand.
