Coronet of the Dragonslayer's Frightful Presence

Using the evidence of your dragonslaying capabilities, worn upon your brow, you expend the item's charge to attempt to frighten one creature that is not immune to being frightened within 30 feet that you can see and that is aware of you. That creature must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If the creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Coronet of Dragonslaying's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
