Send a magical finger to Boop a target you can see. It must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Spell Save DC (see scaling) or be charmed for 3 rounds or until you voluntarily end the spell or you or an ally do damage to it. The target creature regards you as a friend, if sapient, or as its master/pack leader, if a beast capable of understanding this concept.

When the spell ends, the creature becomes aware that it was Booped, and can roll a DC 17 INT check as a free action. If it succeeds, it realizes it was Charmed. Otherwise, unless you harm it or the effect is dispelled, it remains friendly towards you for 8 hours. If the target was not hostile to you when the spell was cast, it will continue to consider you friendly and trustworthy.

At Higher Levels. Extend the duration of the Charm by one turn for every level of spell slot higher than second used. In addition, the DC of the WIS saving throw to resist being Booped increases by 1 per level of spell slot higher than second used.
