Wax or Wane

Drawing natural arcane energy from the moon and sun, you can apply bless (Wax) or bane (Wane).

Choose one target, which can choose to make a wisdom saving throw and grant a short form Bless or Bane in the form of 1d4. The affect takes place on the next attack roll or saving throw, ending immediately after.

This effect increases to 1d6 at 5th level, 1d8 at 11th level and 1d10 at 17th level.
