Activate Tuberculosis

When you cast this spell, roll 1d6. On a 6, the enemy has tuberculosis. This gives them disadvantage on Concentration and all Charisma and Constitution checks requiring speech or holding their breath. Otherwise, if you cast this spell again on the same enemy, it automatically fails. On a success, the enemy dies in 3 years.
