You create a burning fire in your hand which you can then launch at a target within 30ft of range. The target is then marked and will take double fire damage plus 1d6 fire damage every turn.
If the target is hit with any kind of fire spells, the target gains a certain quantity of burn marks. The quantity of burn marks applied depends on the spell level (Cantrips:0 marks; 1st level:1 mark; 2nd level:2 marks; 3rd level:3 marks and so on) If the target is hit with a level 9 fire spell, the effects below will be instantly triggered.
Once the target has got 9 marks, hitting it with any fire spell will cause it to take 9d8 fire damage.
The target then has to make a Dexterity save, which, if successful, will reduce the damage to 9d4 damage.
