Astral Spear

You reach for the cosmos above, weaving solar energy together to form large javelins made of pure starlight. You point at a creature or an area within your line of sight and the spear hurdles down from space with blinding speed. All creatures within 30 feet of the point of impact must make a Dexterity saving throw, with no help from 1/2 Cover for the roll. On a failed save, targets take 8d6 Radiant damage and are Blinded until the end of their next turn. Targets that succeed take half damage and are not blinded. You may use an action at hurl 1 additional spear per turn until the spell ends.
