Bitter Fire

Bitter Fire adds 1d4 fire damage on a hit and the target becomes sheathed in a brass-colored flaming aura until the start of your next turn.

If the target willingly moves 5 feet or more before then, the target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a fail, the target will take 1d6 fire damage and their movement is halved. If they succeed, then the target will only take 1d6 fire damage. The DC is 10 + PROF + Charisma.
