Asphyxiate

The lungs of a creature of your choice that you can see within range fill with ooze and phlegm. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be poisoned and begin Suffocating (DMG, Ch. 8). A creature immune to disease is not affected.

At the end of each of its turns, if the target has not taken any actions (apart from coughing and hacking as if its life depends on it — which it does), it may make another Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends.
