If you touch a creature that's the same size or smaller than you are, you instantly deconstruct them until they are atoms. In case of bigger than you targets, they have to roll a D25 CON save or suffer the full effects of the spell. On a success, you only deconstruct a portion(a 10ft by 10ft by 10ft area) of where you touched. Any equipment that's on them, and in the area of effect is also deconstructed. There is side effects for yourself, like breaking an arm, also a bit of deconstruction to yourself, take massive damage, etc. Some cases of the worst side effects is also the caster dying.
Cannot be casted with an arcane focus.
