This spell can teleport you and one creature to a place you have visited before, or a place you can see. You call both shadows and light to you and step from one place to another. this spell requires the caster to roll a wisdom saving throw (Dc determined by spell casting modifier of the caster) in order to try and maintain concentration on their target place. if concentration fails they roll a D100 to determine where it is they land. 

 10-20 Way of target. Dms discretion. 

21-40 Off target but on the same continent

41-60 partly off target within 5 miles of target

61-80 within 60ft of the target location

81-100 within ten feet of the target location
