Chain of Pain

You attempt to connect two creatures together with a spectral chain. Choose one willing creature and one unwilling creature that you can see within range. The unwilling creature must make a Constitution saving throw or become linked. If the creatures are linked, then if the willing creature is damaged, the other creature takes the same amount of damage as necrotic damage immediately. This damage ignores resistance and immunity. The spell ends if the creatures are further than 60 feet from each other, if the willing creature chooses to end it, or the unwilling creature looses 75 HP through this spell.
Casting on higher Spellslot: Per each lvl Spellslot above 6th, the damage limit for the spell is lifted up to 20 HP.
