Change Genitals

You change the willing target's genitals to those of your choice for the duration, or until the target uses an action to end the effect. The new genitals can be any set of genitals you have seen before, from those of a different sex or even a different species, they include internal organs and are fully functional.

When cast using a 5th level or higher, the duration becomes instantaneous and the target cannot use an action to end the effect.
