A creature of your choice that you can see within range is shrouded in a nexus of possibilities for the duration. An unwilling target can make a Charisma saving throw, and if it succeeds, it is unaffected by this spell. While shrouded in this way, the target gains one of the following effects of your choice:
Certainty. The target is unswayed by the whims of fate, allowing only the most predictable outcomes to occur. When the target makes an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, it treats each roll of 9 or lower as a 10, and treats each roll of 12 or higher as an 11. Any damage the target deals becomes the average result of the damage roll, rounded up or down (your choice).
Miracle. The target is guaranteed to experience only the unlikeliest of outcomes, and its rolls are unaffected by advantage or disadvantage. When the target makes an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, it adds 10 to each roll of 11 or higher, and subtracts 10 from each roll of 10 or lower. The target always doubles the number of damage dice it rolls, and it has a 50 percent chance to either keep the highest half, or keep the lowest half. Any effect that causes the target to choose, reroll, or otherwise replace the result of a roll prevents that roll from being affected by this spell.
