You conjure a gigantic black cauldron in the air above a point you can see within range. The cauldron tips and pours a viscous red and blue liquid downwards. Anyone below the cauldron in a 20ft diameter must make a Dexterity Save, taking 22d6 acid damage or half that on a successful save.
