Bolt Call

Beseech your god for aid from above, striking an enemy with a lightning bolt. 
Make a ranged spell attack against one creature you can see within range, dealing 1d6 lightning damage on a hit. 
When cast in a spell higher than 1st level, gain one more damage die for each level above 1st.
When cast in a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the spell gains an area of effect. Any creature within 5 ft of the target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take the spell's full damage or half of it on a success.
When cast in a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the area of effect increases to all creatures within 10 ft of the target.
When cast in a 9th level spell slot, lightning arcs between all creatures hit by the spell and the area of effect, dealing a number of extra d6s of lightning damage equal to the number of creatures hit.
