Upon contact with any living matter the user is able to mold the being into whatever they see fit, changing biology, or the nature of the creature, to the extent of instantly killing anything with a constitution below 12, if you so please, it does not work if not directly in contact with skin, so it will not go through armor, you are able to alter your own body but if your body is altered by the affect you are unable to alter people at the same time.
