Your Eldritch Eye burns a ritual into the mind of a creature you can see within range, twisting, perverting, and corrupting the body of a creature you can see within range into a grotesque, aberrant form. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is deformed and takes 13d8 psychic damage as its body is wracked with pain. For the duration, the target's movement speed is halved, and it has disadvantage on all attack rolls and ability checks.

Additionally, the creature's appearance becomes so horrifying that all other than you creatures within 10 feet of it must make a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

After an hour the Creature's deformities return to normal, but it suffers from an effect of Long term madness for one day.
