Cancel Negative Effect

-Target creature of your choice (including yourself, but will instead be cast as a reaction rather then a bonus action) has any and all negative effects (poisoned, paralyzed, unconscious, dead, hit point max decreased etc.) cancel and they return to a state of perfect health (full hp) so long as it has not been 1 full turn rotation since the effect happened

-upon being cast the caster must perform a Constitution save of DC20, on failed save the caster is rendered unconscious for 10d10 X 4 days, on a crit fail the caster also receives 3 points of exhaustion once regaining consciousness
