conjure 3 spectral blue blades that hover above your head and wait for your command, each blade deals 3d4 damage and you can choose to either fire 1 at a time or all at once. you can also use this as a reaction to fire any number of blades you choose at someone who attacked you. any enemy hit by a spectral sword must roll a d20, any roll of 10 or under results in them being staggered, which is a -2 to all rolls. this can stack multiple times up to 3, and the stagger increases. it goes from -2, to -4, to -5. the swords have a maximum range of 150 feet.
at higher levels: every spell slot above 3rd level upcast will add another sword to your floating phalanx, and spell slots over 6th level increase the damage of each individual sword by 1d4, making it 4d4.
