Cobalt Buster

[ Phase ] 1st Turn: incantation is spoken during turn (this is the only turn where inspiration can boost dmg output)

[ Twilight] 2nd Turn: magic is being gathered for the spell (Arcane check double w/demon core )

[ Eyes Of Wisdom ] 3rd Turn: Cobalt Buster is ready (Can be released within 3 turns, otherwise, spell will implode, dealing 1d20 damage)

Cobalt Buster is a Bright big Blue sphere of Attracting force that can be moved omnidirectionally compared to Scarlet. if the user wanted they can implode the C.Buster but if the timer is up all of the debris that were collected from the C.Buster falls down

it also has a unique interaction with Scarlet Buster
