Blood Bond

You chant an incantation for up to 1 hour (if you chant for less, the spell is less powerful, but may still work. DC Spellcasting Stat for player 13) which binds you and the target together for eternity. You can use this spell to fortify an agreement. Roll a d8 on the punishments table to determine what occurs when the bound agreement is broken. 

1- You become a Loup Garou Were-creature of any variety and are now controlled by the DM

2- You become a feral vampire and are controlled by the DM.

3- You take 2d12 damage and become paralyzed for 4d6 days

4- You’re teleported to one of the layers of the nine hells (DM’s choice) for 1 day and teleported back to where you were taken from. You gain temporary madness after failing a DC 17 Int. check. 

5- You're transported to the twisted realm of the Upside-Down and targeted by the strange creatures named after the demon lord, demogorgons

6-You're mutated into a Abishai (color is your choice) and remain in the players control

7- You’re knocked unconscious for 1d4 days and from seizures for 1d12 days. (Seizures make it so that the DM can have you make a DC 16 Constitution check. On a failed check you take 1d4 damage and fall unconscious for 1d4 -1 hours.

8- You’re teleported to an otherworld place where you and the person you made the blood bond are forced to duel to the death
