Blinding spark

You launch a bright spark from your hands onto the battlefield. All creatures within a 15 ft range of the spell must make a constitution saving throw. On a fail, the creature is blinded until the end of its next turn. If this spell is targeted at a creature, they take 1d4 fire damage and are instantly blinded until the end of their next turn.
