Arctic Shock

You hurl an icy lightning bolt at a creature or object within range.  Make a Ranged spell attack against the target.  On a hit, the target takes 1d4 lightning damage and 1d4 cold damage +2 .  Causes most inanimate objects to explode.

This spell's damage increases by 1d4 for cold and 1d4 for lightning damage +2 when you reach the 5th level (2d4 for cold and 2d4 for lightning damage +2), 11th level (3d4 for cold and 3d4 for lightning damage +2), and 17th level (4d4 for cold and 4d4 for lightning damage +2).
