When Drug caster casts Adderal Spike on a willing creature within 40 ft gains the ability to move 60ft more, gets advantage on Initiative, spell casters no long need to hold concentration but can only cast concentrations spells one at a time, grants them immunity to spells that make the creature go to sleep but also cant take any sort of rest during the 6 hours. The creature also gets disadvantage on charisma checks.

No longer has to hold concentration for 1d6 rounds.

Cant take a long rest for the duration of the spell this also grants them immunity from the sleep spell and all spells that would
