You touch a willing creature that has died within the last 24 hours. The creature's soul is extracted and bound to the diamond. You then touch a willing creature with an item belonging to the deceased. The creature's soul is extracted and bound to the body of the deceased creature. The soul of the deceased creature is then bound to the body of the living creature. The willing creature's soul fades into the body of the deceased.

The target creatures’ ability scores, skills, and class levels remain unchanged, but their physical appearance changes to match their new body. The new body gains any racial traits and abilities of the original body’s race.

The new body is subject to the same vulnerabilities and resistances as the original body.

If the target creature is unwilling, the spell fails.

Upon failing the result would be the caster switching bodies with the deceased instead.

Note: This spell is incredibly powerful and should be used with caution. It raises significant ethical and roleplaying implications. Consider the potential consequences of such a spell carefully before allowing its use in your campaign.
