You take hold of a body of ice and manipulate it to achieve one of the following effects.
Freeze. You lengthen the ice into a body of water up to 30 feet away, and on contact the water freezes completely for the duration.
Extinguish. You lengthen the ice over a flaming surface of a smaller area than the ice and cover the surface in an airtight frost layer, suffocating the fire permanently or for the duration if it is somehow self-sustaining.
Ice Platform. Requires a body of ice at least 30 feet wide in any direction as your source. You swirl the ice into a cone, creating a giant ice platform that floats in the air up to 50 feet away from where you cast the spell for the duration. The platform is circular, with a 30-foot surface diameter, and reaches 10 feet downward in a cone shape.
Damage. You lengthen the ice to spear into a creature's body. The creature takes 1d8 piercing damage, and must succeed a Strength saving throw or take an additional 3d8 cold damage.
