Cone of Capsaicin

Pure spiciness and pain erupts from your hands. Each creature in a 45-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature becomes blinded and has disadvantage on saving throws as they are overwhelmed with searing pain on a failed save.

A target suffering this pain can make a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, the pain ends and are no longer blinded.
