The next time you hit a creature with a ranged weapon attack from the Scorned Harpy bow, this spell causes the arrow to splinter on impact with its target. In addition to the normal effect of the attack, the target takes an additional 1d6 piercing damage as the shards rend your quarry. If this attack reduces the initial target to 0HP then each creature within 5 feet of it must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 1d4 piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
