Chilled Armour [HB]

Creates a powerful armour of ice that surrounds those close by them or to themselves. This armour is made of very thick magical ice, allowing the user to gain resistance to cold based attack, as well as fire resistance for the duration or, until you are hit with fire damage. The armour gives the user a bonus to their ac, giving them up to +2 more ac with their normal armour class amount.
