Clothes Beam

You point your finger at a creature and fire a special magical beam that creates clothes on them. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. A target may choose to fail their saving throw. On a failure, you create a magical pair of clothing of your design worth up to 1000 gold pieces on the creature.
